The blend includes:

• Juniper Wood – grounding and cleansing for relaxation.

• Lavandin Grosso – soft lavender notes to ease the mind.

• Roman Chamomile – a gentle, calming essence to promote rest.

Together, these oils help quiet the mind, relax the body, and prepare you for a restful night’s sleep.

🌿 How to Use

1. Remove the Glass Dome Vessel carefully.

2. Apply 3–6 drops of Sleep Blend oil directly onto the crystals.

3. Allow the crystals to absorb before replacing the dome.

4. Refresh with more drops as the scent fades (every few days).

5. For stronger diffusion, lift the dome slightly to allow more airflow.
